Carini Pizza in New York

"This place rocks. Born and raised in Bay Ridge Brooklyn and I can honestly say these guys make the best calzone I ever ate. That's a bold statement. The cheese to dough ratio is perfect. Its filled with delicioucness and the dough is thin but doughie and encases the cheese perfect with a perfect dough to crisp ratio with cheese saturation. The size is perfect. Good lord. There dinners are all fantastic. Pizza everything. Narrowsburg is truly blessed to have this amazing pizzaria right there. I know I am. Keep up the great work Carini."

"Great Hawaiian pizza which is my husband’s favorite. We also love the Bruschetta pie, the chicken bacon ranch and the white pizza. They make excellent calzones (I always ask for Extra garlic and spinach), service is always fast and friendly. Place is always very clean."

"Update: this has become a staple at our house. The lasagna and caesar salad are pretty good as well. If you’re in the mood for a New York style type of pizza, this place is pretty good! Especially if you haven’t been to Manhattan in a while. A large pizza is pretty big. We’ve had luck with pepperoni and mushroom pizza, the caesar salad, and the garlic knots are good not great. Regardless, there aren’t a ton of place in this town to get pizza so if NY style is what you’re looking for, you’ll probably be satisfied with this."

"It may be the only pizza joint in town but luckily for the town it's a great one! I've been a couple of times and always see the same guy. Hes probably the owner because he seems to take great pride in his work. Everything always is cooked great and tastes great. Every time I'm in town I stop by Carini Pizza. Even if it's just for a slice or two, he always seems to have some ready which I love!"

"Honestly one of my favorite pizza places around, definitely better then any pizza on the PA side by me. I'll always make the trip to Narrowsburg for this pizza, the buffalo pizza is amazing if I had to recommend anything. It's also in a great spit right next to Pete's market so if you need to shop you can get both done. The owner is a really nice guy, overall a really cool little pizza place to visit."

"I spontaneously stopped in with my dad when we stopped in the parking lot to stretch our legs from a long drive.It was the perfect new york style pie, nice and light with a good ratio of sauce and cheese. I really enjoyed it! Will be back again!"

"This is good pizza especially for the area. Thin but not too thin, crispy underneath, nice flavor in the sauce and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. I would have no complaints if i was served this back in North Jersey."
